Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and departing employees. Prepare new hire paperwork, conduct orientation sessions, and facilitate exit interviews.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HR databases, and electronic filing systems. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and confidentiality policies.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits programs.
- HR Compliance: Assist with ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on changes to labor laws and regulations to ensure HR practices remain compliant.
- Employee Relations: Provide administrative support for employee relations matters, including documenting employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions. Assist with investigations as needed.
- HR Reporting: Prepare regular HR reports and metrics on recruitment, turnover, training, and other HR activities. Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- HR Projects: Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, performance management processes, and diversity and inclusion programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Proven experience in HR coordination or administrative support roles. Experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
